The hotel is in a magnificent location, right in the industrial warehouse area. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with a sitting area, iron, ironing board, electric kettle.

Breakfast was not as expected.shortage in every thing, bread ,juice and food. Refrigerator was leaking. Master bedroom has a normal and old blanket. Shortage in parkings.

The hotel in Jeddah was excellent in a calm area. the location was particularly good, right next to the airport and city center. - It was easily accessible. - Also, it was just 2 miles from Old Coral Houses.

The hotel/apartments is in good location in Jeddah and most facilities and main roads are just a few minutes away. The room sizes are excellent and most TV channels are available. The hotel also provides Wi-Fi internet access to all guests at no charge, but the connection is slow and unreachable from the bedrooms.

There were no dishes, spoons, forks, or glasses in the kitchen, and the hotel charges for anything you consume from the fridge or kitchen, such as sugar, tea, etc. The cleanness of the rooms was average and the toilet/kitchen looked little dirty. The housekeeping staff don't clean the room unless you ask for. Also the hotel doesn't provide some basic items in the rooms like other major hotels.

The toilet was not clean, the sheets were not clean. Bad smell in the room.

I booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 and half night. The hotel kindly refunded half nights fee. The recption staff spoek very good english.

I've reserved a two rooms apartment, but when arrived the welcome desk man said there is no available rooms because one of the residents extended his reservation. Well, if my kids were two years older, I wouldn't accept the single room they offered me.They should till people they have to leave as someone else is coming, especially they already booked the amount on my credit card!!

It is economical hotel suitable for a family to take a short break in Jeddah after performing their UMRA.

Most of their staff are not qualified for the hotel job even they are friendly and co-operative.

Everything was simply GOOD. The hotel was neat and the location was nice and excellent to the areas we had planned to visit. The food served was good. The staff was very very helpful, some of them especially. Location: the property was near Airports, Hotels, and many other public places and restaurants and high speed train station. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Refan Hall.
